All orders will be processed and shipped in 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability. Larger quantity orders (100 cases and above) with special instruction may take 2-3 additional days for us to process. Delivery times depend on end location and the shipping method selected upon check out. 

All preorder inventory will be billed in full at checkout and shipped at a later date. Ship dates are ‘estimated only’ and are not guaranteed as deliveries are subject to delays. FREE SOUL CO shall not be liable for any delays beyond our control.

Items where shipping arrangements and payment have not been made, or where the item is not otherwise picked up within 5 business days of the delivery date are subject to a daily warehouse fee. The fee for all sales orders less than 9 cases is $3 per day per case. The fee for items that ship on a pallet is $60 per day per pallet.

The buyer forfeits the item and any right to a refund of payments made where the daily warehouse fees are equal to or exceed the sales price of the item, or upon the passing of 90 days, whichever occurs earlier.  No refund of any money will be made for forfeited items.  All such items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture.

Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before materials will be released.

When applicable, orders of 10+ cases may qualify for special shipping rates via trucking. These orders will display "Special Freight $00.00" at checkout as your shipment cost will be processed separately.
