Return Policy
Only defective merchandise with prior authorization may be returned within sixty (60) days after invoice for a refund.
- Store Credit will be given to authorized returns made within the allotted time period.
- No Cash Refunds
- No credit will be issued to any shoes with signs of wear
- No credit will be issued for Duty and Freight charges associated with the return of goods.
- All refused/returned shipments and items deemed as non-defective will result in a restocking fee up to 15% plus freight costs incurred.
Do I qualify for a return?
Returns must meet the following:
- Merchandise must be returned along with the original packaging – internal and external box - no exceptions.
- Shoes may not show any signs of wear
- Final sale items do not quality for returns
All returned items are subject to inspection and a return of defective merchandise required.
NOTE: Merchandise that does not meet our return policy standards or that is no longer listed on our platform will result in a 15% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
How do I submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request?
If you have received defective merchandise, please complete the following steps
- Submit an RMA request via this form
- You will be asked to complete all required fields (*) with a detailed explanation of the damages and photo verification.
- Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure there is no delay, we will reach out to you if further clarification is needed.
- Your inquiry will automatically be assigned a case number and submitted to our QC department who will investigate the issue.
- Your sales representative will contact you within 3-4 business days once this process has been completed.
- RMA cases are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
Can I return non-defective merchandise?
Only merchandise with prior authorization may be returned within sixty (60) days after invoice. Returns for non-defective items are determined on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Oasis Society. and the refund will be issued as store credit if the product is not defective.
Cancellation Policy
Discrepancies, change requests, and/or any disagreement from the order confirmation must be submitted within 24 hours after the payment has been processed. Cancellations made after this timeframe will not qualify for a full refund as 30% of the total payment on all items is non-refundable.
