Preorder Policy
PREORDER INVENTORY
It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us in advance if/when an order is too early or too late to be received. Otherwise, all orders will be processed and shipped out when they land in the warehouse.
PREORDER SHIP DATES
Ship dates are ‘estimated only’ and are not guaranteed as deliveries are subject to delays. FREE SOUL CO shall not be liable for any delays beyond our control.
PREORDER PAYMENT
Our inventory moves FAST - in order to lock in best ETA,we require full payment at checkout. This also allows our warehouse to expedite the processing time and ship your order within 24 hours of the inventory landing in our warehouse.
PREORDER GUARANTEE
Once payment is processed, our team will reserve the inventories for you right away.
In the rare circumstances where we encounter unforeseen issues beyond our control, our team will contact you right away with all options available to you (waiting for the next available shipment, canceling the order, etc)
LATE DELIVERIES
Although we do our best to be as accurate as possible with ETA's, a number of circumstances can cause a delay on preorder items such as: port congestion, holiday schedules, extended QC check, etc.
Please allow up to 30 days after the initial ETA (date listed on the order confirmation) to receive the goods.

ORDERING PRODUCTS WITH MIXED ETA's
Individual fulfillment emails will be sent to you as cases are assigned a tracking number.
Please note this method will combine all cases on a single invoice regardless of ship date.
